The Flight of Dragons (1982): Peter Dickinson is a human who is in the body of the dragon Gorbash for most of the movie. (This might be confusing to google since Peter Dickinson is also the name of the real-life author of the book The Flight of Dragons, which is very different from the movie and not what I'm nominating here.)
